5 min Booty Circuit

20 Min Glute Isolation - I do this workout when I need a full on booty day. The exercises are low-key and pretty calming since the focus is on control and form rather than speed.

Cardio

Bad weather got you stuck inside and can’t go out for a walk or run? You can still get some cardio in with these short and long form workouts.

8 min Cardio

60 min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout - Even if you don't want to make it through the whole 60 mins, you can pick a shorter segment of the video to follow.

Stretching

Wind down after a tough workout or a long day with some calming stretches for the body and mind.

15 min Full Body Yoga - Flexibility is a very important aspect of fitness and sports. It ensures that you can move with the best flow and don't strain your body.

Helpful Apps

Here are some helpful apps to help you with your workouts:

1. SIT - Simple Interval Training

This app is great when doing circuits. You input the amount of rounds you have and the duration. You can also input the rests and durations. This way you can focus on your workout and have the timing auto-set for you.

2. NIKE Run Club

Nike Run Club is a great app to use when running outside. It tracks your distance, time, and calorie burn. You can even sync it up to Spotify or Apple music to enjoy some tunes while you run.

I hope these workouts are helpful and keep you staying strong during your social-distancing. There are so many ways to stay active indoors! I hope you all stay safe!
